You accept all Terms and Conditions the moment you commission me and make the payment.Ownership and copyright
Copyright belongs to and remains with the artist, including the intellectual rights of the commission. The artist has the right to show the commission, upload it to social media, upload speedpaints, use it in their portfolio and make use of the drawing. The client cannot claim ownership or autorship of the illustration. Resale of the illustration is prohibited regardless of the type of commission.Complex designs
Detailed characters will have extra charge depending on difficulty. (accesories, weapons, wings, hats, chains, etc.)Personal use
For example, icons on personal accounts (not vtubers or influencers), you can upload it to your social media with credits. No commercial use, distribution or reproduction of the drawing is allowed without the written consent of the artist.Commercial use
•+100% the price: For use on streaming platforms, Twitch accounts, Youtube, Discord Servers, etc. You need to credit the artist on the platform where you upload the commission.•+200% the Price: It is allowed to sell merchandise with the commissioned illustration as long as it belongs to a small business.Private illustration
If the client doesn´t want the commission to be posted, the original price will increase. The extra price will depend on the details and type of illustration.Sketch approval
I will show you the sketch at least 2 times to make changes, then I will finish the drawing and will not make any more changes unless you make an extra payment.Delivery format
The file you will receive is a png. at its highest resolution. No physical copies are made. Includes the artist's signature (Removal is prohibited).Delivery time
There is no deadline unless you make an extra payment, it takes me from 2 days to more than a week to complete the commission depending on its difficulty.Privacy
The artist and the client are not allowed to share the personal information of either of them with any third party without authorization (names, personal data, contact numbers, etc.)Payment and Refunds
Full payment is required before the artist starts the commission. No refunds are made unless the artist is unable to complete the commission for any reason, if so they will let the client know to make the refund.
